Cleaning & Maintenance: Renter agrees to clean the equipment before returning it. This includes all seed or fertizlier from hoppers. Failure to clean will result in a cleaning fee of $50.
Damage & Liability: Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
Fuel Policy: The Renter agrees to return all engines with a full tank of fuel, using the appropriate gasoline or diesel without ethanol. Alternatively, renters may opt to prepay a $10 refueling fee at the time of reservation to waive this requirement. If equipment is returned without a full tank and no prepayment was made, a $15 refueling charge will be added to the final invoice.
Negligent Damage: Renter is responsible for any major repairs or replacement costs due to damage caused by negligence or misuse. Renter assumes all risk of loss or damage during the rental period.
Equipment Inspection: Equipment will be inspected by staff before and after the rental period. Any discrepancies will be noted, and damages will be assessed accordingly.
Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Farmers Toolshed, LLC, its members, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the equipment.
Termination: Farmers Toolshed LLC, reserves the right to terminate this agreement and refuse future rentals if Renter fails to comply with any terms.
